100% French Oak

30% New Oak

14.4% Alcohol

3.70 pH

The 2016 Passive Aggressive Grenache is 100% sourced from our family owned and operated Estate Vineyard, the unique terroir and hot west facing aspect providing ideal growing conditions for this classic Rhone varietal.

Bright acidity and a higher than average alcohol content beautifully balance bold notes of ripe red currant and stewed strawberries, all with an underlying component of complex spice revealing itself through a long finish.

A refreshingly layered wine that never sits heavy on the palate and can be enjoyed year around.

2016 Syrah

100% Syrah

20 Months in Barrel

95% French Oak

5% Oregon Oak

10% New Oak

14.4% Alcohol

3.75 pH

The 2016 Passive Aggressive Syrah is a chance to enjoy a beautiful blend of three different clones, from three different blocks, at three different elevations, yet still 100% sourced from our family owned and operated Southern Oregon Estate Vineyard.

Front loaded with aromatic fruit notes of blackberry and blueberry, the jammy nature of this full-bodied wine is beautifully restrained by fine tannins and balanced acidity. Throughout, notes of spice and earthy leather add complexity and a lingering finish reveals a final surprise of toasted sugar.

Pair this wine with heartier fair or simply enjoy its robust complexity on its own.

More than any previous vintage, the 2016 Passive Aggressive Red Blend represents a balance between bold aggressiveness and passive elegance, politely demanding you luxuriate in the decidedly indecisive.

A unique blend of Tempranillo, Syrah, Petite Sirah and Grenache, this wine stands as a beautifully approachable and versatile representation of the unique character of our Southern Oregon Estate Vineyard.

Layered tannins from start to finish, this wine hits the mouth on a bold note of dark chocolate, followed by bursts of blueberry and dark currant fruits, with a hint of white pepper and earth to compliment a smooth, lasting finish. A versatile addition to any cellar.
